Tetsuya is a proficient rifle expert, returns from Alaska to find that his hometown had become a lawless destitute place. He then discovers that his younger sister had committed suicide after being brutally raped by an unknown group of men. One day, he happens to rescue a girl from being attacked by some brutal gang, and then discovers that the same gang had driven his sister to her death. Using his lethal rifle skills, Tetsuya decides to take his revenge in a exceptionally brutal way. This movie is not for the fainthearted due to extreme much violent scenes.
