A covert Imperial mission leads to the fall of the Shaolin Temple. An official, disguised as a monk named Liao Kong, infiltrates the temple with orders to betray it from within. His deception sparks a massacre, culminating in the death of the revered Abbot. With the temple's leadership destroyed, the Imperial forces seize control, aiming to erase Shaolin’s influence. However, a handful of surviving disciples, each skilled in Shaolin's martial and spiritual traditions, escape the bloodshed. They are entrusted with a sacred duty: to protect the Holy Robe, which holds the power to select the next Abbot and restore Shaolin’s legacy. As the survivors are hunted by Imperial forces, they must navigate a treacherous world of betrayal, while fighting to preserve the teachings and honor of their fallen temple. In a time of deceit and danger, will Shaolin's legacy live on—or will it be lost forever?
