The film continues right where the last left off, where Lone Erh (Sharla Cheung Man) has gone back to the divine dragon clan and tells the founder about her failure, the founder tell her to be carful and then want her to be the successor to clan (she also tells her that she has to protect the son of King Ping-si) by a dipping into the blood pool in which we have a newly transformed Lone Erh (Brigette Lin), now the Divine Lady of Dragon Sect.
When the Emperor (Wan Siu-Lun) announces that his sister Princess King Ning (Chingamy Yau) will marry Prince Ng (Ken Tong Jan-Yip), its something that Wai Siu Bo doesn't really like but its really a ploy to clam the side down. He tells the Princess about it and she tells him that she's caring his child so then they hide the secret from everybody. When traving to Yunnan the Emperor is attacked by two assassins (one of Wai Siu Bo has met before) and they capture Wai and Prince Ng. Once capture Wai tells them what he is doing here working for the Ching.
They all decide to bring their hostage Prince Ng to a resturant but the Prince Ng put the moves on assassin Li Or (Michelle Reis) she lets him go, Wai gives the One-Armed Nun the "I love one matchstick" and Duran (Nat Chan Pak-Cheung) sells him out to Lone Erh. She bring him back to the Dragon Sect and finds out that she has been betrayed by everyone, what makes this even worse is that she just drunk "I love one matchstick" which is poision to the Dragon Sect (the only way she can cure her self is to lose her virginity, 80% of her power to another person) so she escapes with Wai and she gives him that power. When the Princess King Ning cuts Prince Ng's "dong", King Ping-si wants to kill Wai and King Ning (his son cannot produce childern now) so he sets Mr. Fung to do the job.
This comedy film is more loosely based on the Louis Cha novel. Stephen Chow does a excellent job here playing Wai Siu Bo keeping a straight face and Brigette Lin plays the part as the Dragon Sect leader. Still shot on the Shaw Studios lot the film has very cool backgroud design and some very wierd hairdos but the funniest part of the film to me was when Wai told Duran to shout "against Ching, resume Ming" and he put a removable tattoo on his back in which says against Ching, "Resume Ming. Vow to Kill Ng Sam Kwai." King Ping-si sees it and orders his men to beat him up, Duran does a Wong Fai Hung pose and gets the crap kick out of him. 4/5
