The film is about an Olympic team, of amateur sports students trained by an ordinary martial arts instructor Wu Jie. Its a compelling story about hard work to develop their students into world class opponents to participate in the Olympic Games.
The story is quite touching and deals with the real world of athletes in China today. The performance of several generations of Chinese martial arts Wushu athletes with intense emotions, with their quest for hope and joy at the end of their great effort to be among the world class performers.
