Registering

Step 1: Locating the registration page

To register you must click on the "Register" link located in the content bar at the top of the screen.

You should be confronted by the register form, of which will ask you for the following details.

Step 2: Filling in the form

Please note we do not allow any of the <, the > and the ' characters in any of our fields.

User Name - This is the name you will use to login each time you enter the site. (Explained later) You many want to take a note of this name down for future reference
Rule: Must be at least 4 characters in length

Password - This will be your personal password you use combined with your Username to login. (Explained Later) You many want to take a note of this name down for future reference
Rule: Must be at least 4 characters in length

Password Confirmation - Type the same password in here to confirm you have typed the correct password into the input box.
e.g. It is not likely you can make a mistake typing the password twice.

Title - Mainly used to identify your gender for contact purposes.

First Name & Last Name - Personal info used for contact purposes.

Date of Birth - Used for age identification system.

Country/Region - Residing Country used to calculate shipping costs.

Email - Optional, Used for contact purposes and order status notification.
If you do not have a e-mail address please click the radio button to the right to notify us.

Referer Username - Strictly Optional, Use to credit anyone that has reffered you to our site.

Step 3: Agreement and submiting form.

You must now agree to all of our Terms and Conditions before clicking on the button, near the bottom of the page.

If you have made any mistakes or forgot to fill out any fields, the page will reload and showing the form yet again, however all of your previously typed fields will be shown and any errors that you may have made will be stated in red above the form.

If have not made any mistakes you will be logged in and directed to a page stating registration was successful.

How to login.

Step 1: Locating the Login page

Please note: You must register before logging in.

After registering you will automatically be logged in. However if you close the browser window or logout using the link in the bottom left of the content bar at the top of the screen then you will be prompted to login again when accessing certain site features.

To access the login page (if you aren't already there) you can click the link at the bottom left of the content bar at the top of the screen. (Note: the button will change to the button after logging in).

Step 2: Logging In

Once inside the login page you may enter your User name into the username field and your password into the password field.

If you entered your details incorrecty you may try again, however if you are certain you have forgot your password you can e-mail us at ForgotPass@flkcinema.com specifying your problem.

If you do not have an e-mail address and can not gain access to one. you may have to re-register. If you need to keep your account you can use our private messaging system to inform us of your problem, however this would require you to register a account to gain access to the private messaging system and then return to this page to click the following link Send a Private Message to the flkcinema admin (Note this link is also located at the top of the page).

Step 3: Success

If you have entered all your details correctly then you should be confronted by the My Account page or redirected to any site feature you were previously attemting to access.

How To Order Films

Step 1: Locating Your Film

To order films you must first navigate to the desired film on either the Home Page, Entire Catalog, Promotional Catalog or Top Fox Movies Page.

You may also execute a search either in the content bar above or on the Entire Catalog Page.


Step 2: Add To Cart

When you are on either one of these pages you must find your desired film. Once you have located it you find and click on the "Add To Cart" button (shown below)


This button is usually located below or beside the ascociated film.

This will add the film into your cart. You may do this to several other films of your choice.
Cart information should appear at the top of the side bar to the left. This information includes how many items are currently in your cart and also how much they cost P&P not inclusive.


Step 3: Checking Out and Final Changes.

Once you have entered all your desired films to your cart you must view your cart by clicking on the "View Cart" or "Check Out" buttons in the content bar above.

Within The "View Cart" page you will be given the option of whether you want to change the quantity of your films or sleeves and also what method of shipment you would like 5* Courier or Royal Mail / International Air Mail. The options may vary depending on your region.

After you have made your final changes to your order you must click on the "Calculate Costs" button to calculate the shipping costs for your order.

Now click Continue

this should bring you to the final proccess where you must click the BUY button at the bottom of the page to enter the WorldPay secure site and enter your credit card information to complete the order.

To return to flkcinema please close the WorldPay window.
